Structured interviews, scored on evidence
Every interview runs to the same rubric: ten questions across three categories, weighted by complexity, scored nought to three against what the candidate actually said. The panel sees the same sheet, the totals compute themselves, and the decision is recorded with the reasoning that produced it.
Access by team
Each account opens a different view of the same hiring record. Candidates never sign in.

The interviewer decides
Model output is advisory and labelled as such wherever it appears. Nothing auto fills or overwrites a score. The rating of record is entered by a named person.
Every score carries its evidence
A score sits next to the quoted words that earned it, so a panel can reconcile a number against what was actually said rather than against a recollection.
Consent before recording
Recording and identity checks take explicit consent first, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Aadhaar is never collected. Any photo identity is enough.
Fail closed, restart unattended
Protections default to on and a missing setting leaves them in place. Health checks run a real query and report latency. Services restart without a person.
The scoring model
Points are the score multiplied by the question weight. Bands on the scoresheet are 45 to 60 strong hire, 34 to 44 hire, 22 to 33 second opinion, and below 22 no hire. Change the complexity mix and the maximum recalculates, with the bands scaled to it.
